The Third Southend Punk Reunion Gathering took place on - appropriately enough for a day of resurrection - Easter Sunday April 08th 2007 and was a great evening. Giacomino Parkinson of Southend Sites and The Dim Locator took some cool shots of the evening - see the above galleries for the photographs.

Punks both past and present and from all eras attended - including known representatives from such bands as The Machines, The Kronstadt Uprising, The Bleeding Pyles, The Sinyx, and Steve Hooker.

On the night The Get, The Prey, The Spurts, The Convicted, RetroSpex and Hotwired all performed to an enthusiastic crowd, with The Spurts especially going that extra mile - literally - as singer Steve flew in from his base in Spain especially for the gig! Given it was the first time the band had played together since 1979, it really was a special event.

Apologies to anyone whom we didn't manage to make contact with, or photograph at the event.
